Hello Amazon,
Thanks for sending me this email as a reminder that I was NOT satisfied with my recent purchase.
Amazon sent me the wrong product.
I ordered the Creative Labs TravelSound “ZEN Mozaic” speaker system.
Amazon sent the Creative Labs Travelsound “ZEN X-Fi MP3″ Speaker System
The products look similar, but the wrong one was packaged for shipment to me.
I returned the ZEN X-Fi MP3 to Amazon and was suppose to receive a refund for my purchase.
I wanted to place another order for the ZEN Mozaic , but wanted to make sure I had received my refund first.
Thanks for your support in this matter and hopefully I will be able to give you a positive response in the future.

Wrong item. Purchased for me as a gift and was for Mozaic. I returned, paid freight back and tried to order again myself. Again received speaker for Mozaic. I am out return freight 2 times and can not get any answers from Creative or Amazon customer service.

not used it yet but if its anything like the zen mozaic it going to be good only got it for the pool not looking for very much anyway

Like many others who have written reviews, I ordered the Travelsound for the Mozaic but received the X-Fi for the Zen instead.
I think the links between the Creative website (where I clicked to order) and the amazon.com site somehow have these two products confused. My confirmation from Creative clearly said “mozaic” but the shipping notice from amazon changed that to “X-fi.” I’ve tried to notify both companies; Creative isn’t interested, just points the finger to Amazon. No reply from Amazon yet.
Meanwhile, I’m trying a different approach – do not order from the Creative site, order directly from the Amazon site. I haven’t received it yet, but at least amazon’s shipping order this time says “mozaic,” which is what I am looking for.

This little speaker accessory turns your Zen into a clock radio or portable stereo.
I only gave it four stars because the speakers are just good, not great, plus the Zen switch is difficult to access, but for the price and the limitations on the design because it fits the Zen SO WELL, it is a great accessory and TOTALLY worth the price!
I bought two…one for travel (it is really light and charges via USB) and one for my bedside table.
If you love your Zen like I do, a great accessory!!!
